When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents upon written instructions would submit that the petitioner has already made representation/complaint before the SHO, Ramachandrapuram P.S., Tirupati Urban Police District but not in the SHO, Vedurukuppam P.S., Chittoor District and the 3rd respondent has nothing to do with the present petition. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
