The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.101 dated 28.11.2024 registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, at Police Station Rangar Nangal, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2. Vide order dated 31.01.2025, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted the concession of interim anticipatory bail and he was directed to join the investigation in the present case. 3. On the next date, learned State counsel has pointed out that the petitioner had not joined the investigation. Consequently, the petitioner was granted the last opportunity to join the investigation at 11.00 am on 27.05.2025 and cooperate with the Investigating Officer in the present case. 4. Today, again, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation in the present case.
