This writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the first information report dated 01.12.20204 in Case Crime No.0343 of 2024, under Sections 318, 316(2), 338, 336(3), 336(4), 61, 340(2), 74, 75, 76, 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Civil Lines, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute between the parties is of civil nature required to be adjudicated by competent civil court. Learned AGA and learned counsel for the respondent no.4 have opposed the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner. Investigation is going on. For the reasons given in the order dated 10.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.7463 of 2024, this writ petition is disposed of directing that till submission of police report under Section 193(3)B.N.S.S., the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioner pursuant to the impugned First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation.
