Notices are accepted by Shri Vinod Kumar Gupta-learned Additional Government Counsel on behalf of the respondents. Heard the learned counsels on the restoration application. Learned counsel for the applicants, inviting attention of this Court towards the interim order of this Court dated 14.10.2008 passed in the writ petition, would submit that the writ petition was not rendered infructuous and therefore, deserves to be restored. The aforesaid factual position could not be disputed by learned counsel for the respondents. In view thereof, this restoration application is allowed subject to a cost of Rs.2,500/- The order dated 07.04.2025 passed by this Court is recalled. The SB Civil Writ Petition No.11292/2008 shall stand restored to its original number provided the aforesaid cost is deposited by the applicants/petitioners with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur Fund within a period of four weeks from today failing which this order shall stand recalled and the restoration application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
