Proceedings of this matter have been taken through video conferencing. 2. Heard Mr. Adil Minaj, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondent No. 1/State and Mr. M.L. Saket, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2/complainant. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned First Information Report bearing Crime No. 328 of 2022 registered at Police Station Amanaka, District Raipur (C.G.) (Annexure A/1) as well as the consequential proceeding emanating therefrom against the applicants, in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the matter has been compromised outside the Court between the applicants and the respondent No. 2/complainant and the settlement deed dated 15.11.2022 is annexed as Annexure A/2 in the present petition. 3 5. Learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2/complainant also admit the said submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants. 6. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the prayers and pleadings made in the petition along with the annexures annexed in this petition. 7. From perusal of the compromise deed dated 15.11.2022, it appears that the applicants and respondent No. 2/complainant have already settled their dispute and compromised the matter outside the Court. 8. Taking into consideration that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled by the parties by way of compromise deed, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served in proceeding any further against the applicants in this matter. 9. In that view of the matter, the impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 328 of 2022 registered at Police Station Amanaka Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the IPC against the petitioners is hereby quashed subject to the condition that the applicants shall comply with the terms and conditions of the compromise deed dated 15.11.2022 (Annexure A/2) arrived at between the parties. 10.
