JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 03/07/2025
(2 of 2) [CW-6853/2025]
1. By way of filing this writ petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 17.05.2024 issued by the Gram Panchayat Thoi, Panchayat Samiti Shrimadhopur by which the Panchayat Samiti, Shrimadhopur has sent a letter to the Branch Manager, Rajasthan Gramin Bank, Branch Thoi (Sikar) to increase the monthly rent from Rs. 200 to 12,000/- and the Bank officials have been requested to do the needful and pay the increased rent.
2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are having apprehension that the Gram Panchayat, Thoi is bent upon to shift the Bank from the premises of the Panachayat to other side, which would cause inconvenience to the villagers, hence interference of this Court is warranted.
3. Not a single document has been placed on record for such suspicion and the present petition is not maintainable before any forum of law unless and until a cause of action has arisen.
4. On this count alone, this writ petition is dismissed.
5. Stay application and all pending application (s), if any also stand dismissed.
