But the said order has not been complied and PF also not yet paid by the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6484 CRL.RP No. 304 of 2024 petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondent further submits that he voluntarily appears before the Court and he also produced the order sheet to show that in terms of the order of this Court dated 15.03.2024, there is no compliance. None appears for the petitioners. In view of non-compliance of order of this Court dated 15.03.2024 and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, the petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
