These anticipatory bail applications under sections 438 read with 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, have been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for the offences registered under sections 147 /148 /149 /188/283/341 /342 /323 //324/325/307/353/427 /332 /333 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,Bokaro, in connection with Siyaljori PS Case No. 118 of 2023.. 3. The learned APPs in all cases oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in ABA No.3280 of 2024 submits that the petitioner no.2, namely, Parvati Charan Mahato @ Pahad Mahato has been arrested. Thus, as against him, this application has become infructuous. 5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners in ABA No. 4958 of 2024 submits that petitioner no.2,namely, Rathu Rajwar has been arrested. Thus, in respect of petitioner no.2,namely, Rathu Rajwar this application has become infructuous. 6. Since the allegation against the petitioners is of obstructing the police officials in discharge of their duties, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail. 7.
