HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6547 of 2025 Court No. - 17 HON'BLE SUBHASH VIDYARTHI, J. 1. Heard Sri Lalla Ji Maurya, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioners have sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Lakhimpur Kheri for expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No.116 of 2025 computerized Case No.UPLP06006116/2025. 3. The suit was filed for cancellation of sale deed on 31.01.2025. The opposite parties had put in appearance before the learned trial court on 16.10.2025, filed vakalatnama, and have filed an application for being provided with the copies of the plaint and the matter has been fixed for 26.11.2025. 4. In these circumstances, it is too premature to issue a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit at this stage.
