By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Pasu Yadav, has prayed for granting pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 262/2024 (arising out of New Bongaigaon P.S. GDE No. 14 dated 01.11.2024) under Section 140(3) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per communication letter received from the concerned police station that upon completion of investigation, final report/closure report is being filed vide FR No. 49/25 dated 28.08.2025. 4. In view of completion of investigation and other aspects, the interim pre- arrest granted on 21.08.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5. The communication letter is kept as a part of record. 6.
