Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.432/2024 was registered by Sarjapura Police Station, Bengaluru District for the aforesaid offence against the petitioner herein based on the first information dated 15.11.2024 received from Sri Ganesh S/o Venkataramanappa. Apprehending arrest in the said case, the petitioner had filed Crl.Misc.No.5582/2024 before the jurisdictional Sessions Court, which was rejected on 24.01.2025. Perusal of the first information would go to show that, deceased Shashank was working as an employee in a company known as Zepto Trading company. The petitioner allegedly was working as a manager of the said company. It is stated in the first information that company was under loss and the manager was harassing the deceased, who was one of the employee and it is in this background deceased had committed suicide on 14.11.2024 leaving behind a death note stating that manager of the company was the cause for his death. Considering the nature of allegation found in the first information as well as in the death note allegedly left behind by the deceased, I am of the opinion that the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is required to be answered affirmatively. 5. Accordingly, the following: ORDER The Criminal Petition is allowed. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9593 CRL.P No. 2485 of 2025 The respondent - Police or any other police in the State of Karnataka are directed to release the petitioner in the event of his arrest in Crime No.432/2024 registered by Sarjapura Police Station, Bengaluru District for the offences punishable under Section 108 of BNS, 2023 subject to the following conditions: 1. The Petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the investigating officer. 2. The petitioner shall regularly appear before the Trial Court without fail unless exempted by the Trial Court for valid reasons. 3.
