(Oral) Though prima-facie this Court is convinced that present petition is not maintainable, however having taken note of the fact that petitioner is ready and willing to pay sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- against the loan amount of Rs. 6,00,000/-availed in 2008 under OTS scheme, which offer of him was otherwise accepted by the respondent- bank at one point of time as is evident from Minutes of Meeting held on 26.6.2025 made available to this court, this Court without going into merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the same with the - 2 - direction to the petitioner to ensure that sum of Rs.10,00,000/- agreed to be paid by him alongwith Rs. 1,00,000/- as interest, is paid/deposited to the respondent-Bank, positively within two weeks.
