This interlocutory application has been filed seeking leave of the Court to correct the name of the respondent No.4 in the accompanying writ petition i.e. Page No.# 3/3 WP(C) No.1867/2025, the name of the respondent No.4 was arrayed as Dr. Hemanta Kumar Dutta instead of Dr. Hemanta Dutta. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that as a consequence the steps which were undertaken returned unserved. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this error occurred inadvertently and she may be permitted to rectify the same in the cause title of the accompanying writ petition. Mr. A.K. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, LGBRIMH appears for the respondent No.7. Considering the submissions made, this interlocutory application stands allowed. The petitioner is permitted to file amended cause title within one week from today reflecting the name of respondent No.4 as Dr. Hemanta Dutta instead of Dr. Hemanta Kumar Dutta which was earlier reflected in the cause title.
