None appeared for respondent No. 2. The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the applicant to produce and file the documents marked as Annexure A/21 to A/29. At the time of hearing of the present application, Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, submitted that the applicant is not pressing the prayer for filing the documents marked as Annexure A/23 to A/29 and that the applicant be allowed to file the documents marked as Annexure A/21 & A/22 annexed in the present application by submitting that photocopy of the said documents has already been filed along with the connected election petition. Mr. S.
