The learned Magistrate dismissed the said application on the sole ground that the petitioner’s application was earlier dismissed on 23.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2662 of 2025 and therefore, a second application for the very same relief cannot be entertained. This Court finds no infirmity in the said order of the learned Magistrate.
