Prakash Chand vs. HPSFC Ltd. & another CWPOA No. 7437 of 2019 24.06.2025 Present: Mr. V. B. Verma, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. D.S. Kainthla, Advocate, for the respondents. CMP(M) Nos. 1000 & 1001 of 2025 Notice. D. S. Kainthla, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He submits that he does not want to file any reply to these applications. By way of these applications, prayers have been made to substitute the deceased petitioner by his legal representative after condonation of delay. Since there is no opposition to the applications, coupled with the fact that both the applications are duly supported by affidavits, I see no impediment in granting the prayers. Accordingly, the applications are allowed. The delay in filing the application for bringing on record legal representative of deceased petitioner is condoned. Legal representative namely Rishu Kumar is ordered to be brought on record as petitioner 1 (a), as wife and daughter of the deceased petitioner have already given up their rights in favour of son Rishu Kumar. Amended petition has been filed and is taken on record. The applications are disposed of. CWPOA No. 7437 of 2019 List on 22.7.2025. (Satyen Vaidya) Judge 24th June, 2025 (kck)
