Tiwari, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Alok Srivastava, the learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for allotment of fair price shop at Village Panchayat- Magarwara, Block Sikandarpur Karan, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Unnao under Dying in Harness Scheme, consequent to death of his mother Late Fool Dulari. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by the District Supply Officer, Unnao, the learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner has not submitted the requisite documents in support of his application and after submission of the documents, the authority shall take appropriate decision in this regard. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall submit the requisite documents within a period of one week from today. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off by issuing a direction to the respondent No.2- to dispose of the petitioner's application seeking allotment of fair price shop on compassionate basis, within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of all the requisite documents by the petitioner.
