Heard Shri Udai Pratap Lal, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Durgesh Kumar Pathak, Advocate holding brief of Shri Ishwar Dutt Shukla, the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection regarding impleadment of the District Judge, Sultanpur, ADJ, Second, Sultanpur and ACJ, Room No.35, Sultanpur as the opposite parties to the petition and he has submitted that the courts ought not to have been impleaded in the petition and the petition suffers from the defect of mis-joinder of parties. 3. The second preliminary objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents is that the writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the validity of judicial orders passed by the civil courts is not maintainable. 4.
