On contrary, the DRO by written instructions vide Na.Ka.6487/2016/B1 dated 20.06.2019, stated that the petitioner land has not been taken for laying road. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner's land is not taken for laying road as alleged by the petitioner. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 5. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
