Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, who submits that though the case was called for, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been filed being C.S. No. 115/2025 dated 29.03.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 01.10.2024 and in pursuance of the direction passed on the said date, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and they have co-operated with the investigation. 3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 01.10.2024 by this Court is hereby made absolute with a condition that the petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and appear before the Trial Court as and when so required by the Trial Court. 4.
