This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus / certiorari or of like nature Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE -2- to direct the respondents to prepare a fresh merit list mentioning the name of present petitioner in Sl. No.1 in eligibility sequence. 10.2. That, a command / direction may kindly be issued to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner and appropriate direction may kindly be issued to prepare the new merit and select list in pursuance of the order of the Collector dated 28/05/2014.” 2) The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to prepare a correct and amended evaluation/merit list of candidates for the post of Anganwadi Worker at Anganwadi Center, Kusmusi, which has not been prepared despite a specific order passed by the Collector dated 28.05.2014. 3) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was initially appointed as a Mini Anganwadi Worker at Anganwadi Center, Village Panchayat Kusumi, Tehsil Bhaiyathan, District Surajpur, on 02.06.2011. He further submits that the appointment of the petitioner was cancelled vide order dated 28.05.2014, by the Collector, and a direction was issued to issue an amended list of candidates. It is further submitted that the order passed by the Collector was affirmed by Commissioner as well as by this Court; thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned authority to comply with the order dated 28.05.2014 passed by the Collector, Surajpur. 4) On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the submission made by Mr. Shukla. 5) Heard. 6) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Project Officer, Women and Child Development, to comply with the order dated 28.05.2014 passed by the Collector, Surajpur, in its letter and spirit, preferably -3- within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if already not complied with.
