This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Mustafizul @ Mustafizur Rahman, apprehending arrest in connection with Khetri P.S. Case No. 61/2025 registered u/s 406/420 Page No.# 2/2 IPC. 3. The gist of allegation in the ejahar dated 09.07.2025 is about taking identity and other documents from person and fraudulently taking loans in their names and misappropriating the amount. The informant has stated that loan was taken in his name of Rs.4000/- and for closing the same he has to pay Rs.9000/-. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submits that he is seeking bail only on the ground of length of detention. 5. Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the basis of receipt of the case diary submits that investigation has implicated the accused person in activities of cheating people. 6. In the given facts and circumstances and considering the nature of the alleged illegal activity and the fact that the investigation is not yet completed, I do not deem it fit to grant bail of the accused at this stage and the bail petition stands rejected. 7.
