GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SUBHENDU SAMANTA WRIT PETITION NO: 1446 of 2025 ORDER: The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the action of the police authority to call the petitioner to the police station and harassing. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that because of one Sri N.Manjunath Reddy, who lodged a complaint in the police station on 03.01.2025, the present petitioner was called on for preliminary enquiry. After enquiry, the police authority is of the opinion that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is incorrect and accordingly, the complaint was closed. 3. Taking note of the Written Instructions of the authority, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
