By this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Hasibul Hoque, son of Mojamil Rahman, resident of village-Chapori Gaon, P.S.-North Lakhimpur, apprehending his arrest is seeking pre-arrest bail in Laluk Police Station Case No. 122/2024 registered under Section 87 of BNS read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 572/2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Laluk Police Station Case No. 122/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 144/2024 dated 30.11.2024. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Laluk Police Station Case No. 122/2024. 5.
