Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 28.11.2024 whereby petitioner was placed under suspension. 3. Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 01.12.2025, which is taken on record and as per which the aforesaid suspension order has been revoked vide order dated 28.11.2025 and orders for her reinstatement in service has been passed while keeping the proposed disciplinary proceedings in vogue. 4. In view of aforesaid, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in this petition, which is accordingly consigned to record without any adverse effects upon benefits already granted to petitioner.
