The petitioner is an accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 34 of 2024, arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024. 3. The petitioner was suspected to have enticed away the victim girl. 4. In the statement before the learned Magistrate, the victim has stated that both had a love affair and both had eloped and solemnized marriage in a temple. However as PW4 she has given a different version casting aspersion upon the petitioner. The age of the victim has been assessed to be about 16 years 8 months. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2024 and four witnesses are still left to be examined during the trial. 5. In view of the contradictions emanating from the statement of the victim before the learned Magistrate and her evidence during trial as PW4, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Addl. Sessions Judge-I-Cum- Special Judge (POCSO Act), Koderma in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 34 of 2024, arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall physically appear before the learned Trial Court on each and every date, till conclusion of the trial.
