Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for state respondents. 2. The instant petition has been preferred to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus to produce corpus Km. Neha daughter of petitioner no.2 forthwith before this Hon'ble court and set her at liberty. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is subject to proper inquiry conducted in pursuance to Case Crime No.83 of 2024 which has been registered against un-known person. Through the instant petition specific allegations have been put forward by the petitioner with regard to kidnapping of his minor girl of petitioner no.2 but the investigation is still being carried out against unknown person. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to apprise the Inquiry officer with the specific name against whom the allegation has been put forward through the instant petition so that the investigation may be conducted against those persons also who have been named by the petitioner. 5. Learned AGA is hereby directed to intimate the concern of the court to the concerned police authority for entertaining the names which have been mentioned in the petition at the behest of the petitioner. 6.
