Heard Mr. Ashish Kumar Pathak learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned and arbitrary Order dated 09.07.2020 passed by the Opposite Party No.2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned reliving Order dated 5th June 2020 passed by the Opposite Party No.3, with all consequential benefits. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the Order dated 6th March 2020 to theextent of posting the Petitioner at Government III, Katra Shankar Nagar, Balrampur. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the Opposite Party No.2 and 3 to permit the Petitioner to work on the post of Foremen at Government Industrial Training Institute, Atrauli, Hardoi." Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions submits that only transfer order had been challenged in the present writ petition whereafter fresh transfer order has been passed rendering the petition infructuous.
