2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 220.5 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the vehicle of petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is the registered owner of the vehicle and was involved in the business of illicit liquor.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of illicit liquor and petitioner being owner of vehicle, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is dismissed.
