HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL CANCELLATION APPLICATION No. - 125 of 2024 Court No. - 12 HON'BLE PANKAJ BHATIA, J.
1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
2. The present bail cancellation has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused on 10.07.2024.
3. The contention of the Counsel for the applicant is that threats were issued after the accused was enlarged on bail, for which, an FIR No.243 of 2024 was lodged under Section 126(2), 351(2) of BNS. The bail was granted to the accused on the ground that the prosecution witness has not supported his earlier statement. The nature of the FIR does not indicate any threat being issued to the applicant for the present case.
4. No good ground to cancel the bail at this stage is made out, the bail cancellation application is rejected.
