The present writ petition has been preferred for :- “That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner for the acquired land belonging to the petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the competent authority for redressal of his grievance in eight weeks. 4.
