Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to make payment of salary to the petitioners in the minimum of the pay scale admissible to the regular employees of the department holding the post of Mali as revised from time to time. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to extend the benefit of the judgement & order dated 09.02.2023 passed in Writ A No. 8812 of 2022 (Jai Prakash & others vs. State of U.P. & others) like the petitioners of Writ A No.5397 of 2023 (Smt. Jairani & others vs. State of U.P. & others)" 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Horticulture & Food Processing, U.P.
