Respondents ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., By mistake, based on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents on the last hearing date i.e., on 17.03.2025 this Court recorded that Mr.P. J. Rishikesh, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents and directed the Registry to print his name as counsel for the respondents in the cause list on the next hearing date and posted the matter for hearing today. Today, Mr.P. J. Rishikesh, learned counsel would submit that he is not the counsel for the respondents. However, as seen from the affidavit of service filed before this Court, the respondents have been duly served and acknowledgment cards have also been filed. Despite the same, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. Therefore, the respondents are set ex-parte by this Court. 2. The advocate commissioner appointed by this Court has already repossessed the construction equipment from the respondents. He also submitted a report dated 14.03.2025. The advocate commissioner also seeks 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., ab for payment of additional remuneration. Initially the advocate commissioner was paid with a remuneration of Rs.25,000/-. The equipments were repossessed from Andhra Pradesh. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Since the equipment has already been repossessed and the respondents have been set ex-parte by this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application.
