Compliance affidavit has already been filed on 23.05.2025 which is on the record. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that there is no non compliance of the judgment and order dated 01.08.2024 as no deductions were ever made or any recovery or any amount to the tune of Rs. 39,30,000/- was ever recovered from the applicant in pursuance of the recovery order dated 30.01.2023 and the writ Court while setting aside the orders dated 30.01.2023 and 06.07.2024 has directed that any deduction made in pursuance of impugned orders shall be refunded and since there was no deduction in pursuance of the impugned orders, so there is no question of any refund, hence the present contempt application is liable to be dismissed. Learned counsel for the applicant is unable to dispute the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent and has submitted that no deduction was ever made in pursuance of the recovery orders dated 30.01.2023 & 06.07.2024. In view of above, no case of contempt is made out. The present contempt application is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
