The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manoharpur P.S. Case No.39 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 188, 307, 323, 325, 332, 353 and 427 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned SDJM (Porahat) at Chakradharpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that agitation with regard to the declaration of a particular caste as a schedule tribe was going on and about 2000 persons were assembled and in the FIR 36 persons have been named. He submits that the petitioner is happened to be a Rojgar Sewak and against him there is no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.9 of the petition. 2025:JHHC:22158 --2-- A.B.A. No. 3548 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer on the ground that the petitioner is named in the FIR. 5. Considering that for such agitation about 2000 persons were assembled and the petitioner is said to be a Rojgar Sewak and he has no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.9 of the petition, I am inclined to provide the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM (Porahat) at Chakradharpur in connection with Manoharpur P.S. Case No.39 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Sangam/
