Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. By means of the instant criminal appeal appellants have prayed for quashing the summoning order dated 17.11.2023 passed in S.T. No.3423 of 2023 (State versus Anuj Kumar Yadav and Others) on the basis of charge sheet dated 03.6.2023 filed after investigation in case crime no.105/2023, police station - Mall, District - Lucknow whereby appellants have been summoned for charge under sections 504, 506 IPC and Section 3 (1) (da), 3 (1) (dha) and 3 (2) (Va) of SC/ST Act. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants submit that the offence is not of serious nature and entails a maximum imprisonment of seven years and the parties have amicably settled their dispute through a compromise and no dispute is pending between them at present. They seek to get the proceedings of the trial court quashed in regard to the present case on the basis of compromise which has been duly verified by the learned trial court vide order dated 18.9.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the appellants further submitted that a certified copy of the compromise verification order passed by the learned trial court has been filed as annexure to the affidavit filed in support of present appeal as Annexure - 5. 5. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 Shri Ashish Chaurasia expressed his concurrence towards the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants and parties counsel made a joint prayer on behalf of the parties to quash the proceedings of the trial court in light of the compromise. 6. In view of the above, proceedings of the trial court in S.T. No.3423 of 2023 Versus Counsel for Appellant(s) : Manoj Kumar Gupta, Akash Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Anuj Kumar Yadav @ Anuj Kumar And 2 Others .....Appellant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko And Another .....Respondent(s) (State versus Anuj Kumar Yadav and Others) pending in the court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Lucknow, are quashed. 7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for necessary compliance. 8. With the aforesaid, the criminal appeal is disposed of.
