Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed seeking quashing of Non Bailable Warrant dated 22.7.2025 issued against the applicant in Criminal Case No.9298 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No.536 of 2021 (State of U.P. vs. Durvijay Gautam) under Sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Raniganj, District Pratapgarh, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No.13, Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on one date, the applicant could not appear before the court below, therefore, by the impugned order, non bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant. He submits that the applicant is ready to cooperate in the proceedings before the trial court and will not seek any unnecessary adjournment. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the applicant is directed to move a fresh application for recall of the non bailable warrant Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Sharvan Kumar Pandey, Neelam Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Durvijay Gautam .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) issued against him within a period of ten days from today and if such an application is moved, the court below is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till disposal of the said application, the non bailable warrant issued against the applicant shall remain in abeyance. 5. This application stands disposed of.
