For Petitioner: Mr.S.Ramesh ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, apprehending clandestine sale of his property based on an sms regarding deposit of huge amount in the loan account, made a representation to the bank for disclosing the details of the sale, if any, of the mortgaged property and the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.
