Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This petition has been filed inter alia, seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) A writ order or direction int he nature of CERTIORARI be issued quashing the impugned Sale Notice dated 08.10.2025 issued by the Authorized Officer Central Bank of India Regional Officer Hazrat Ganj, Lucknow under Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 Contained as ANNEXURE NO. 1 to this writ petition. (ii) A writ order or direction int he nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opp. Parties not to sale residential house/property situated at Khasra No. 2132 Miljumala at Krishna Vihar Colony, Villa Bhauli, Pargana Mahona, Tehsil Bakshai Ka Talab District Lucknow and provide some time for depositing entire balance loan amount." 3. Upon perusal of the documents and after hearing the parties, it appears that auction proceedings have already been initiated, therefore, we do not see any reason to interfere in the said proceedings, at this stage. The Bank is also not willing to accept the money in easy installments. 4. In light of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow, for redressal of his grievances.
