The original demand drafts have been handed over to the respondent/complainant. His plea is that the Memorandum of Deposit (MOD) which has been executed earlier at the time of doing the chit transaction, has to be cancelled and the original document to be handed back to the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he will instruct the Office to make necessary arrangement within a week. He would seek further time since MOD has been registered on the file of the SRO, Hosur. 3. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the Crl.R.C.No.243 of 2013 is restored to file. 4.
