The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant for expeditious disposal of Case No. 537 of 2025, (State Vs. Sarvesh and others), under Section 85, 80(2) IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Nagram, District Lucknow. 3. From perusal of the record, it is evident that the charge sheet has been filed under Section 85, 80(2) of BNS and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act vide charge sheet dated 16.11.2024 4. After consideration of facts, reasons and circumstances mentioned in the present application, the concerned Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Lucknow is directed to decide the aforesaid Case No. 537 of 2025, (State Vs. Sarvesh and others), under Section 85, 80(2) IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Nagram, District Lucknow, as expeditiously as possible. 5.
