By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed following relief : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 2 and 3 to register the First Information Report in the light of judgment in Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh, AIR 2014 SC 187, in the interest of justice." 3. Ms. Meera Tripathi, learned AGA has shown the copy of instruction letter dated 17.10.2025, same is taken on record. 4. As per the aforesaid instructions the F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No. 112 of 2025 u/s 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, 2023, section 3(1)da & 3(1)dha of SC/ST Act, P.S. Haliyapur, District Sultanpur has been lodged against two accused persons namely Surya Narain Singh and Nan Singh.
