The above noted four writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners challenging a common FIR No. 0451 of 2024 lodged on 31.8.2024 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103 BNSS, Police Station Shahabad, District Hardoi lodged against them. 4. Learned AGA on the basis of counter affidavit which has been filed today and taken on record, submits that Charge Sheet No. 537 of 2025 dated 27.12.2024 under Section 191(2)/105 BNSS has been filed against Ratiram and Rohit (petitioners in Writ Petition No. 8766 of 2024), Ishwar (petitioner in Writ Petition No. 8640 of 2024), Chaudhary (petitioner in Writ Petition No. 8766 of 2024) and the factual report in regard to juvenile Rahul (petitioner in Writ Petition No. 9828 of 2024) has been forwarded to the Juvenile Justice Board, Hardoi on 27.12.2024, therefore, all these petitions have lost their efficacy. 5.
