Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 06.11.2025 received from Rajeshwar Prasad Verma, Sub Inspector, Police Station Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar, which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that the final report No.B-03/2025 dated 14.01.2025 has been filed in the court of CJM, Ambedkar Nagar, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
