The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from, District- Azamgarh to District- Commissionerate, Prayagraj; on the ground that only, about 13 Months are remaining for his Superannuation; in pursuance of the circular dated 22.06.2017, issued by the Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Uttar Pradesh Lucknow, Head Quarter, Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow; (Contained as Annexure No.1)." 3. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in terms of the Circular dated 22.06.2017 in the case the same is applicable within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
