Since the petitioners have paid the Tamil Nadu Court Fee instead of Pondicherry Court fee, the Registry has returned the first appeal paper for certain compliance and thereafter, the delay in 478 days in filing the deficit court fee has occurred. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in order to give fair opportunities to the parties, this petition is ordered, accordingly. 3.
