Dr CHALLA SRINIVASA REDDY The Court made the following: I.A.No.1 of 2025 IN/AND APPEAL SUIT No.282 of 2005 ORDER: I.A.No.1 of 2025 : Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both sides is present. 2. Learned counsel appearing for both sides has represented that they have filed a Memo before the Registry dated 30.04.2025, before the Registry vide USR No.48336 of 2025, stating that the respondent No.1 herein has died and his legal representatives are brought on record as respondent Nos.3 to 5. Further the respondent No.3 being the wife of the deceased respondent No.1 was also died on 13.11.2019 and the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.3 are also brought on record. 3. It is further stated that they have also filed another Memo dated 30.04.2025, before the Registry vide USR No.48337 that the respondent No.2 was died and the legal representatives are brought on record as respondent Nos.7 to 10 and at the time of filing the legal representatives’ application in the present appeal suit, the names of the respondent Nos.8 to 10 were mentioned as the names that are called within the family and mentioned the actual names of the respondent No.8 as Lakshmi (Baby) instead of Kapu Varalakshmi, respondent No.9 as Vishnupriya (Uday) instead of Uppalapati Vani Priya and the respondent No.10 as Krishna Priya instead of V.Krishna Veni. 4. Perused the Memos filed by the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 5. Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the appellant Nos.2 and 3 and the respondent Nos.4 to 10 are present before this Court and they were identified by their respective counsel. It was represented that a Compromise Petition vide I.A.No.1 of 2025 was filed before the Registry along with the Memorandum of terms of Compromise and the Aadhaar Cards of the parties were also enclosed and the same is placed on record before this Court. 6. Perused the compromise petition along with the Aadhaar cards of the parties and when this Court questioned the parties with regard to the compromise between them, both the parties have agreed to the same. 7. Accordingly, on considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides and as well as their parties, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered. APPEAL SUIT No.282 of 2005 JUDGMENT: In view of the orders passed in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in A.S.No.282 of 2005, order the present Appeal Suit is disposed of by recording the terms of compromise. There shall be no order as to costs. 2. Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Memos vide USR Nos.48336 and 48337 of 2025, dated 30.04.2024.
