Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.515 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 103(1), 238(A) of BNS, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Kheri. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that on the same allegation, the co-accused Satendra @ Golu has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.7300 of 2025. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer. 5. Considering the fact that the allegations against the applicant to be similar to the co-accused, who has been enlarged on bail and adopting the same reasoning contained in the order dated 25.11.2025 coupled with the fact that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and is languishing in jail since 23.06.2025, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity.
