This Court did not pass any interim order at the threshold. This matter previously listed on 10.07.2021. 4. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Per contra, the learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent submits that the petitioner’s services were extended up to the age of 60 years and the petitioner also retired from service on 30.06.2019 by receiving all his terminal benefits paid by the respondent-authorities. 4 5. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd Respondent, the writ petition stands closed as there is no further cause that needs to be adjudicated in the lis. 6.
