With the appearance of Ms. Uma Kapahi (respondent No. 5), who is on caveat, Caveat No. 24/2025 stands discharged. WP(Crl) No. 04/2025
01. In the instant petition, the petitioner herein is seeking direction upon respondent Nos. 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members and force him to enter into any kind of compromise/settlement with respondent No. 5. He is seeking further direction upon respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to provide him with copy of the complaints/applications filed against him along with status reports.
02. The petitioner has also averred that respondent No. 5 has demanded Rs. 5 crores as settlement/alimony from the petitioner. Respondent No. 5, who is present in Court, has stated at bar that she is

not demanding any money as settlement amount/alimony from the petitioner, ‘as on date’.
03. Mr. Suneel Malhotra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 states that respondents are following the procedure of law and not harassing the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily.
04. Mr. Vishal Kapur, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 4, not to harass the petitioner and his family members and also a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to provide him copy of the complaints/applications filed against him along with status reports.
05. Respondent No. 5 has agreed to provide the petitioner copy of the complaints/applications filed against him along with status reports.
06. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of at the threshold with consent of the parties, thereby, directing respondent Nos. 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily without adopting due course of law with further direction to respondent No. 5 to provide petitioner copies of the complaints/applications filed against the petitioner along with status reports within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order.
